A Certain Lack of Focus

Choose

If you've been to my portfolio already, you've already seen this drawing. Go to the gallery to see the other four in the series.wingsThis is an old one... it's from my BFA thesis at ND, but it's still one of my favorite pieces and it fit this week's Illustration Friday too perfectly to pass up (plus I don't really have time to draw anything else this weekend). Hoping to get back into normal blogging and daily drawings next week.

I do like the graphic style.

Yes! Love this. The crosshatching must have taken some dedicated hours.

Ooooh, what a tough choice. Nice drawing Meagan!

I love the perspective and the implied motion of the angel(?). Whatever is chosen, it seems like there is a lot at stake. I will definitely be checking out your other illos in your gallery.

That crosshatching just makes me drool. ;)

Thanks all, Lianne, she's a faerie (sort of), a character from the novel I'm working on for my thesis.

This is very cool crosshatching, make me remember Barron Storey who also has very dramatic crosshatching stuffs. Thanks.
